Pressure doesn’t create leadership.
It reveals it.
Helping leaders lead with courage and compassion when it counts.
Take the Pressure Test
Who I work with
Leaders who carry real pressure
I work with leaders in manufacturing and operations, from plant managers and supervisors through to owners of small businesses. These are people who lead others under genuine pressure, often with responsibilities that do not stop at the factory gate.
My background is close to thirty years in pharmacy, more than fifteen of them owning my own business. It was during those years of ownership that I became interested in human behaviour and motivation, and in why capable people struggle to lead well when the pressure rises.
I work with the whole picture, brain, body and business, rather than treating leadership as a set of techniques.
My philosophy
One thing makes the next possible
Leadership begins with self-awareness.
Self-awareness builds self-trust.
Self-trust allows courage.
Courage balanced with compassion builds trust.
Reflection transforms experience into wisdom.
Wisdom shapes better leaders, stronger teams and healthier organisations.
How I work
Building judgement, not dependency
- I help leaders think differently about the situations they are already in.
- I balance challenge with compassion, because neither one works on its own.
- I build a leader’s own judgement rather than creating dependency on me.
- I help leaders turn their experience into wisdom they can use again.
Where I work
Helping leaders pause, think clearly, and lead with confidence
Most of my work is on plant floors and in operations teams, with the supervisors and managers who lead people under real pressure.

Start with a conversation
If you are leading under pressure, or leading people who are, a short conversation is the best place to begin.
